It has been a memorable 2 weeks of Olympic action, with Team GB smashing their medal records and finishing 2nd in the medal table. With so many highlights, it begs the question what has been the standout moment?
Here are a few of our favourites:
Mo Farah winning another double Gold, making it 4 Olympic Gold medals!
Bradley Wiggins ending on a high, with another Gold medal on the track and becoming the most successful male Olympian of all time!
Laura Trott with another double Gold in the women's ominum and the points race, and her 4 Olympic Gold medals at the age of just 24!
GB women's Hockey team winning a tense shootout against number 1 ranked Netherlands to take their first Gold medal. Kate Richardson- Walsh captained the side to the Gold in her last ever game!
Adam Peaty smashed the 100m breaststroke record in the heats, which really set the tone. He then took Gold in breathtaking manner in the final to win his first Gold at his first ever Olympics!
