Another Gold for Mo and GB secure 2nd place in the medal table.

It was another day of celebrating the great Mo Farah, after he showed why he is the best distance runner of his time, with another Gold medal in the 5,000m race. Mo now has 4 Gold medals over 3 Olympic games, and looks set to join the likes of Bradley Wiggins, Chris Hoy and Steve Redgrave and be knighted for his services to sport. There was a Gold in the boxing, when Nicola Adams won back to back championships in the women's fly bout. It was a Bronze for the women in the 4 x 100m relay; Asher Smith, Neita, Philio and Henry for their first medals. Arguably the toughest loss for GB has to go to Lutalo Muhammed in the Taekwondo on Friday. Muhammed was leading until the final second, when Ivory Coasts Cheikh Sallah Cisse connected with kick to gain the extra 4 points to win the Gold. Muhammed was distraught in the interview, but can still be proud with his silver medal.

Other GB medal winners including a memorable Gold and Silver win for the Brownlee brothers. Alastair won the Gold in the race, with Jonathan winning the second to make it a great result for GB. Liam Heath won the Gold in the Kayak single race in a very tight affair. Joe Joyce missed out on the Gold medal in the super heavy weight boxing, he lost out to Frances Tony Victor James Voka.

Tonight sees the closing ceremony for the Rio Olympic games after a memorable 15 days.
