West Ham were the latest victims of the rampant Manchester City team, who continue their impressive Premier League run. Still unbeaten, City went in at half time 1 - 0 down after West Ham's Ogbonna scored with a header to shock the home crowd. City put the east Londoners under immense pressure in the second half, and were rewarded with a goal from an unlikely source in defender Otamendi, just before the hour mark.West Ham continued to fight to get something out of the game, but on the 83rd minute Dr Bruyne put in a delightful ball to Silva, whose clever finish won the game late for City. It was a Raheem Sterling goal on the 96th minute against Southampton on Wednesday night that sealed the points, it does beg the question, how long can City carry this late winners luck on for?
West Ham have had a torrid time of late, however new manager David Moyes will take heart from the performance. There was a late chance from West Ham's Sakho, who put the ball wide handing City the points.
City remain 8 points clear, with Manchester United the closest to them and waiting for them next Sunday for a HUGE Manchester Derby!
