What a great day for cycling! Well done to all those that took part in the Prudential London Bike Ride 2017 today! An incredible effort whatever distance you raced and should all feel very proud!

England win the women's Cricket World Cup!
The women'd Cricket team have certainly left their mark with some fantastic performances, and today they beat India in the final to win the women's world cup!
England ended with 228 and then took out India for 219 making a incredibly close affair but enough to get their hands on the trophy!
Coach Mark Robinson told BBC Radio
England coach Mark Robinson on Test Match Special: "I always knew it was a case of hanging in there. It ebbed and flowed. It's outstanding. It is a lot of hard work, toil and great work. These memories will live with everybody for a long time. It's captured the imagination of everybody as the tournament has gone on. Hopefully, the women's game will go from strength to strength."
It is fantastic not just for women's Cricket, but also women's sport!
