Wow what a great night! Thank you to all those that came to Live Sport Talks last night. I think we can all agree that Hollie, Georgie and Shona were fantastic and put on a great show! The crowd was great and asked some great questions in the Q & A session ( you can catch this on our Facebook page!) !

Some great stories were shared, such as Hollie seeing Usian Bolt with his Gold medals on waving from his balcony at the Olympic village, as well as FREE McDonalds at the Olympic Park!

Shona lived and played Hockey in Holland for 3 and a half years and is fluent in Dutch!

We attended the Surbiton Ladies 1st team clash with Bowdon, where we saw 2 of our next guests in action! Georgie Twigg and Hollie Webb were on the winning side in a thumping 6 -0 win! The sun was out and the crowd were cheering on the home side, who sit top of the league after only losing once all season.

From beating the back to back Olympic champions the Netherlands to the 3-0 semi-final victory against New Zealand to seeing off Australia in the first game of the group, it really was an memorable tournament for the ladies. Great few days for Great Britain in the European Indoor Athletics! #LiveSportTalks

It has been a great few days for Great Britain at the European Indoor Championships in Belgrade, with broken records and rebellious laps of honours from our guys!

Here is a list of the GB medals so far:

60m sprint - Gold - Richard Kilty (GBR)

60m hurdles - Gold - Andy Pozzi (GBR)

1500m Women - Gold - Laura Muir (GBR)

There is still plenty of action left such as the Pole Vault, where we have 2 Brits in ( Ashley Bryant and Liam Ramsey), the semi-final of the 60m Women's sprint ( Asha Philip) and the 3000m Women's race have 3 Brits competing ( Elish McColgan, Laura Muir and Steph Twell).

Laura Muir also broke the GB record in the 1500 race with a time of 4 minutes and 2.39 seconds which was also her first major title. She didn't allow the steward to ruin her fun, who was trying to stop Laura from doing her lap of honour due to the overrunning of previous events. Laura didn't let this stop her, she made a dash for it to complete the lap! Good for you Laura!!!
