What a great night at Live Sport Talks with Olympian Gymnast Beth Tweddle! #LiveSportTalks

Last night saw Live Sport Talks welcome Olympian Gymnast Beth Tweddle as our guest for out latest event. We had a great crowd, with young gymnasts, journalist students and just lovers of sport lovers! Beth shared great stories about winning an Olympic medal at London 2012 as well as 27 other medals in numerous World and European Championships. Beth also shared her opinions on the performances in Rio from the likes of Amy Tinkler and Max Whitlock. The audience were then given a chance to ask their questions to Beth such as her tips on dealing with nerves to training techniques. Beth then had her photo taken with the guests and signed some gymnastics gear!

Since retiring from gymnastics, Beth team up with former Olympian swimmer Steve Parry to create Total Gymnastics, which is joined with Total Swimming! Total Gymnastics wants to give children the opportunity and confidence to try out gymnastics!
